Mediterranean Gulls at Newbiggin: 20 August 2011

Masses of Mediterranean Gulls at Newbiggin during the afternoon of Saturday 20 August. In the South Bay area I had at least 59 birds, aged as follows: 4 juveniles, 10 1st-summers, 14 2nd-summers and 31 adults.
